Gabriel Salinas, 41, is charged with Theft of Property. It is a 2nd Degree Felony. That means 2 to 20 years in prison if found guilty.

The theft was April 16, 2026. It was near 5:43 PM. The ranch is in Rio Grande City.

Salinas took things from the ranch. The owner said no. He meant to keep them.

Investigator Ricardo Flores and Deputy Oscar Munoz Jr. worked the case. The ranch owner made a report. A witness spoke to them too.

The case was filed in May 2026 in Starr County. Judge Orlando Rodriguez is on the case.

Salinas is not guilty until proven guilty in court.
